LANDesk Change Management (1.5 hr)
This is the Information Service Change Management system. This course will cover the process for announcing and getting internal approval of IT changes to applications, hardware, and systems. The different IT change requests are classified as FYI, Manager, Urgent, & CAB changes.
LANDesk Knowledge Management (1.5 hr)
This is the Information Service Knowledge Management system. This course will cover the process and life cycle of Knowledge Articles and Support Contact Articles in the LANDesk Service Desk Knowledge Management System.
LANDesk Service Request Management (1.5 hr)
This is our enterprise Service Request system. This course will cover the process and life cycle of an IT service request from opening to closing.
LANDesk Management Suite Training (1.5 hr)
This is our enterprise workstation device management system – This course will cover the general LANDesk system along with Remote Control, LANDesk Tools, Device Queries and Device Reporting.
