Ivanti Service Request Management (1.5 hr)
This is our enterprise Service Request system. This course will cover the process and life cycle of an IT service request from opening to closing.
Ivanti Change Management (1.5 hr)
This is the Information Service Change Management system. This course will cover the process for announcing and getting internal approval of IT changes to applications, hardware, and systems. The different IT change requests are classified as FYI, Manager, Urgent, & CAB changes.
Ivanti Knowledge Management (1.5 hr)
This is the Information Service Knowledge Management system. This course will cover the process and life cycle of Knowledge Articles and Support Contact Articles in the Ivanti Service Desk Knowledge Management System.
Ivanti Management Suite Training (1.5 hr)
This is our enterprise workstation device management system – This course will cover the general Ivanti system along with Remote Control, Ivanti Tools, Device Queries and Device Reporting.
