Detailed Description: In this workshop we will explore the new Microsoft Office 2007 interface. We will work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Topics include the Office button, working with the new Ribbon, customizing the Quick Access Toolbar, and discovering some of the wonderful new things found in this new version, such as the Zoom Slider, the Live Preview, the new color Themes, and more.
