Login Help

Please use Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox to log into this system. Due to restrictions placed on us from the main UF campus, we are not able to support the Chrome browser. If you have any login problems, please Contact Us section of this site for assistance.

Our login process allows users from UF, Shands, and Jacksonville to login to the website using their username/password that they would normally login to their computer with.

In some cases if you are using Internet Explorer to access the website it may automatically log you in using the information you used to log into your computer.

If you are having trouble logging into the website read the information below.

When prompted for your username and password:

  • Be sure to check and make sure you CAPS lock key is set how you want it to so that you are correctly typing your password in.
  • For UF users type UFAD\username into the username box (where username is your GatorLink account)

  • For Shands users type SHANDS\username into the username box (where username is the user you login to your computer with)

  • For Jacksonville users type UMC\username into the username box (where username is the user you login to your computer with)
